When I went down to Mardi Gras every year for spring break, I just spent all my time on Bourbon Street and never really got to see the sights. So when my firm asked me to go down there for a meeting I jumped at the chance. I know things have changed since Katrina but I am hoping that some of the old fashioned charm still remains, since I am so enamored of old homes and history. I also hoped to get some antiques in my spare time. One thing that I didn’t plan on was being down there for almost a month. I loved every minute of it, but the decadent food combined with not being near my gym was doing a number on my waistline, luckily the hotel concierge gave me a list of gyms in New Orleans and I was able to resume my regimen with very little trouble. I will definitely be visiting Louisiana again and I might even move there.

I was watching a movie did other day with my girlfriend and then I saw a different workout routine that some actors were using to get in shape for their movie. Of course I got interested in it since I’m a huge fan of exercise and sports in general. Therefore I quickly researched in the World Wide Web that kind of exercise that I had seen in that movie that they. I quickly found out that they were using some kind of kettle bell training to achieve great results faster than normal. Of course they were exercising every day for long hours, but even if I did not work out the same amount of hours that they were, I am sure I shall be able to see some results due to a change in my workout exercises and routines. I will keep track of the results and I shall report to my friends how it we went.
