When I need to buy something I normally consider several different things. For example I may consider what is a a good price and who is a good supplier. Of course price can be a driving factor but obviousely other things must be taken into consideration. This includes lead times, wether you like the people you deal with and of courswe location. Personally I like to deal with someone who is nice. Say for example if you are after a hydraulic fluid then the prices that you can be chasing will be deviating a lot. But if you get a reasonably low price then customer service can be so important. Definately in my mind a very important factor for sure. So, how then do you find a good company? What I do is ring up a good few different ones and try buying just one product. That way you can see what’s going on.
